Picking Color from an Image in PaintShop Pro
- Select the Dropper tool , which is the fourth tool on the Toolsbar.
- Using the Dropper tool, chick anywhere on the image where you see the color you want.
- As you move your mouse over various image areas, a ToolTip appears showing you the RGB values.
- When you see the color you want, click with the left mouse button to set that color for the Foreground
- or click with the right mouse button to set the color for the Background and Fill Color.
